Wioletta Kandziak

CEO

Since February 2018, Executive Director for Human Resources at ORLEN S.A. For over 9 years associated with the HR industry. Responsible for HR strategy at the ORLEN Group and social dialogue with trade unions.

She gained her professional experience working in one of the largest domestic energy companies, i.e. in the ENERGA Group and in the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, the largest paying agency in Europe.

She completed numerous specialist trainings in the field of labour law and human resources management. Mediator in employee and intra-organizational matters.

Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the Warsaw School of Economics and executive MBA certified by the IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.

A PhD student at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw, she deals with the impact of social dialogue on shaping the company's sources of labor law. From 14 January 2021, acting President of ORLEN CUK as a delegated member of the Supervisory Board and from 6 May 2021 President of the Management Board of ORLEN Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych Sp. z o.o.

Beata Śliwa

Member of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Management in the field of accounting and finance at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in accounting according to International Financial Reporting Standards at the University of Lodz and Executive MBA certified by Collegium Humanum Warsaw School of Management. In addition, she completed many specialized trainings and academies in the field of financial accounting, management, tax law, IAS, confirmed by appropriate certificates.

A manager with many years of professional experience, focused on the implementation of imposed management goals. Since 2004, she has been associated with the ORLEN Group, where she was responsible for the following areas: financial and management accounting, taxes, controlling and administration.

Thanks to her experience in commercial law companies in the ORLEN Group, she has also gained the required knowledge in the field of the principles of functioning of entities belonging to the capital groups of companies and the principles of managing state property.

She has repeatedly participated in the processes of mergers of companies, sale and purchase of organized parts of the enterprise. From 8 April 2021, Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych Sp. z o.o.

Krystyna Kmiecik-Baran

Member of the Management Board

She graduated from the University of Warsaw with a master's degree in psychology. At the University of Gdansk, she received the academic degree of doctor based on a dissertation entitled: "Appraisal information, self-esteem and sense of control versus creative thinking". She received a diploma Methods of creating e-learning at the Athenaeum- School of Higher Education in Gdansk. Graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) organized by Apsley Business School in London and Collegium Humanum - Warsaw School of Management. Pro-rector and professor at the Kashubian-Pomeranian University of Science and Technology in Wejherowo. Long-time lecturer at the University of Gdansk, Kashubian-Pomeranian Higher School, Pomeranian Chamber of Crafts.

She has given numerous lectures and provided seminars, including on business psychology and sociology, career counseling, personnel selection and recruitment, organization culture, modern management, stress at work. Organizer and lecturer of postgraduate courses in professional counseling and social psychology. Organizer of many studies and author of many analyses on the issues of pathology in various work environments, entrepreneurship, hate speech. Author of numerous publications, organizer of more than 100 conferences of symposia and debates on social issues.

Co-organizer of the Institute for the Promotion of Teachers "Solidarity", the Pomeranian Democratic Institute, the Kashubian-Pomeranian University and several editions of the world documentary film festival Dignity and Work.

On 10th March 2017, she was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Centrum Usług Wspólnych Sp. z o.o. From 30th January 2023 she supervised and coordinated activities and decisions made in areas of: Accounts Receivable Service Department, Reporting and Taxes Department, Liabilities Service Department and Personal Data Protection Service Department.

She also served as Coordinator of the Explanatory Commission - established by the Council for Anti-Harassment and Discrimination in the Energa Group.

On 3th July 2023, she was appointed Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych Sp. z o.o. as a Member of the Board.
