Piotr Maksimczuk
President of the Management Board
An experienced manager and business leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational management, delivery assurance, and in using technology as a tool to support the achievement of business goals.
He specializes in building, scaling, and transforming service organizations, with a particular focus on GBS, SSC, and CoE models. He effectively integrates a business perspective, focusing on operational efficiency, high-quality services, and employee development.
He gained professional experience at international organizations such as DHL, Nielsen, Westwing, and Blue Yonder. He has managed teams ranging from small groups to over 700 employees and has been responsible for leading complex programs for process centralization, organizational transformation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and has participated in key leadership development programs.
Robert Czekaj
Member of the Management Board
Manager with more than 20 years of experience in finance, supply chain management, accounting, and taxation within the refining, petrochemical, and energy sectors. He combines a strong financial perspective with operational expertise across production, logistics, and sales.
Throughout his career, he has led numerous business process and organizational transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects. Within the ORLEN Group, he held leadership roles overseeing tax and tax accounting, supply chain management, and integrated production optimization, electromobility, as well as exploration and production activities. He also supervised finance, accounting, taxation, procurement, and administration functions at the Central Branch of PGNiG ORLEN.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies: in Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH),International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at Kozminski University, and New Technologies in Oil and Gas Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology. In addition, he is a graduate of the MBA in Finance program at Kozminski University.
He is a licensed Tax Advisor and holds a professional Accounting Certificate issued by the Polish Ministry of Finance.
