Tomasz Lesman is a manager with over twenty years of experience. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained a master's degree in Finance and Banking.

During his career, Tomasz Lesman has held key management positions in various companies across different industries. In the past, within the ORLEN Group, he held several roles, including Deputy Director of the Financial Planning and Reporting Department at ORLEN Lietuva, Director of the Support Functions Controlling Department at ORLEN S.A., and he was also a member of the management board of ORLEN Eko. He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ORLEN CUK, among others.

He specializes in financial management, business process optimization, integration of acquired assets, and restructuring.

Tomasz Lesman has extensive experience in strategic, organizational, and financial consulting, as well as in defining, implementing, and optimizing processes and structures for shared services centers.
