- we encourage the reporting of any danger in the workplace,
- we train and inspire employees to actively participate in health and safety issues,
- we create new standards so that everyone feels safe in the workplace,
- we discuss the state of safety with employees’ representatives within the framework of the Health and Safety Committee,
- we improve and create new solutions within the framework of the Integrated Management System,
- we act and work in accordance with Polish law and ORLEN Group guidelines.
